Please ensure all footwear is returned in the original branded box without any tape or labels applied directly to the packaging.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original delivery, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your parcel via a tracked service to our distribution center; we recommend using a service that provides proof of postage for your peace of mind.

  Processing & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days, notifying you via email.
