We advise you to buy your normal denim size for a regular fit. It is a more wearable version of the 80s Dallas casual style with a 18" inch, slightly tapered bottom. The style still has a relatively slim but wearable upper half. I am a 32 waist and can wear a 32 and would compare them with Levi 501.
